The lakefront park is just great. Swimming, sunning, playing in the sand, fishing, grabbing food across the street, or just relaxing, what a nice place.
There are regularly events held on the lakefront (ski shows, etc) so watch for info and join in as much as you can. It is a wonderful place to spend time.
